| The CFC Mission: The mission of the CFC is to support and to promote philanthropy through a voluntary program that is employee-focused, cost-efficient and effective in providing all Federal employees the opportunity to improve the quality of life for all. |
Ladies and Gentlemen:
On November 30, 2012 the Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC) of the South Jersey Combined Federal Campaign voted to merge with the Combined Federal Campaign of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Lehigh Valley Area. A new name for the CFC to reflect its new geographic boundaries is pending.
This merger will expand our campaign substantially, allow us to run a more efficient campaign and give the donors of our area more choices for their charitable giving.
I invite you to visit the current website www.sepa-lehighcfc.org.
For Charities, the 2013 Application for Local Federations and Local Independent Agencies will be available through a link on the home page of www.sepa-lehighcfc.org on January 28th, along with instructions and submission information.
Our local LFCC will remain active in the CFC. I have enjoyed the years I have spent overseeing this campaign for the federal employees of South Jersey, who, through their generosity, have helped thousands of those less fortunate, supported environmental efforts, assisted with the funding of medical research, and much, much more. The many civilian, postal and military personnel who give year in and year out are helping tens of thousands of charities do their work in our local communities, in every corner of our country and overseas as well. I want to thank you all for your compassion and generosity.
Last year, the generous federal employees in South Jersey made pledges totaling more than $725,000.00 to participating charities. The 2012 campaign was a huge success, despite Hurricane Sandy, which devastated parts of our region. On behalf of the entire LFCC, we thank you for offering thousands of people help and hope in our local community, across the nation and around the world.
Sincerely,
Loretta L. West, MSgt, USAF / 2012 Chair
Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst

More than 3,700 employees contributed and raised $875,000 for charitable causes in our community, throughout the country and around the world during the 2011 South Jersey CFC Campaign.
Give because it feels right. Give in memory of those lost and in hopes that others will be saved. Give because you can. Give a little….HELP A LOT.
